1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operating under the domain Airport Limo Link, including all pages accessible at www.airportlimolink.ca, and any related booking and transportation services offered through it (collectively, the “Website”, “Airport Limo Link”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Website, requesting a quote, placing a booking, or confirming a reservation by email or phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or our services.

You represent that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are between the ages of 16 and 17, you may only use the Website and services with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2. Nature of Services & Operational Network

Airport Limo Link operates as an airport and ground transportation service provider using a network of licensed affiliate carriers and chauffeurs (collectively, “Transportation Providers”).

• Transportation services may be fulfilled by:
  • Affiliate companies within our network; and/or
  • Independent licensed carriers and owner-operators selected and dispatched by us.

All Transportation Providers are required to carry appropriate commercial licensing and insurance and are responsible for:

• The operation and maintenance of their vehicles;
• Compliance with applicable transportation, safety, and highway laws; and
• The conduct of their chauffeurs.

Airport Limo Link coordinates bookings, routes, and customer communication and may allocate payments internally among network partners as required to fulfill your trip.

Nothing in these Terms prevents Airport Limo Link from directly operating vehicles or employing drivers where applicable. References to Transportation Providers include Airport Limo Link or any affiliated entity acting as the carrier for your specific trip.

3. Eligibility, Information & Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Customer Responsibilities & Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including:
  • Full name and contact details;
  • Pickup and drop-off locations;
  • Date, time, and type of service;
  • Flight information (where applicable);
  • Number of passengers and luggage;
  • Special requirements (child seats, mobility needs, etc.).
• Update us promptly if any details change.

Airport Limo Link is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, or missed flights resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete information;
• Late communication of changes; or
• Failure to monitor your own flight status and travel requirements.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including customs, immigration, and documentation requirements where cross-border travel is involved.

3.2 Bookings Made for Minors (Under 16 Years of Age)

Where a booking is made by a parent or legal guardian for the transportation of a minor under the age of 16:

• The parent or legal guardian is deemed the contracting party and remains fully responsible for:
  • The accuracy of all booking details;
  • The conduct of the minor;
  • Compliance with all applicable laws; and
  • All charges, fees, damages, and liabilities arising from the booking.
• The parent or legal guardian expressly authorizes Airport Limo Link and its Transportation Providers to transport the minor under the terms of this Agreement.
• Unless expressly agreed in writing in advance, chauffeurs are not responsible for supervision, childcare, or custodial duties and are responsible only for transporting the passenger safely between the confirmed pickup and drop-off locations.
• Airport Limo Link and its Transportation Providers are not responsible for verifying the identity of the minor at pickup or drop-off, nor for ensuring that another adult is present to receive the minor at destination, unless expressly agreed in writing.
• The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility and liability for any injury, loss, delay, miscommunication, or dispute arising from:
  • Pickup or drop-off instructions involving a minor;
  • Unattended minors; or
  • Delays caused by the absence of a receiving party at destination.

4. Quotes, Fares, Currency & Payment

4.1 Quotes & Inclusions

Fares are based on the information provided at the time of quoting or booking. Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, fares may include:

• Base fare;
• Applicable taxes;
• Tolls and, where applicable, bridge or border fees;
• Any fuel or operational surcharge outlined in the quote.

Driver gratuity is not included unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Currency

The currency of your quote (for example, CAD or USD) will be stated clearly in your confirmation. All charges, including waiting time or adjustments, will be billed in the same currency as the original quote, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Changes Affecting Fare

The final fare may differ from the initial quote if:

• Pickup or drop-off locations change;
• The route is altered or extra stops are added;
• Passenger count or luggage volume requires a larger vehicle;
• Waiting time, detours, or additional services are requested.

Any such adjustments will be charged according to our prevailing rates or as set out in your confirmation.

4.4 Payment & Authorization

Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment (deposit or full amount) is due at or before the time of service;
• A valid credit card may be required to secure a reservation;
• By providing a payment method, you authorize Airport Limo Link to charge:
  • Fares;
  • Applicable taxes and surcharges;
  • Waiting time charges;
  • Cancellation and no-show fees;
  • Damage or excessive cleaning fees, if applicable.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. You consent to the use and storage of your payment information as reasonably necessary to complete and manage transactions, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

5.1 Standard Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in your written confirmation:

• 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup:
  – No cancellation charge.
• Between 24 and 12 hours before scheduled pickup:
  – 25% of base fare + applicable taxes will be charged.
• Between 12 and 6 hours before scheduled pickup:
  – 50% of base fare + applicable taxes will be charged.
• Less than 6 hours before scheduled pickup or for last-minute bookings cancelled after confirmation:
  – 100% of base fare + applicable taxes + any fuel/operational surcharge will be charged.

5.2 No-Show

A booking will be treated as a no-show if:

• The chauffeur arrives at the confirmed pickup location;
• Waits at least the applicable complimentary waiting period; and
• The passenger(s) do not appear and cannot be reached using the contact details provided.

In the event of a no-show, the trip will be deemed completed and 100% of the total fare (including taxes and surcharges) will be charged. No refunds apply.

5.3 How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations and change requests are valid only when made via:

Cancellation or change requests sent directly to drivers or via other unofficial channels are not considered valid, and standard no-show or cancellation charges may apply.

6. Waiting Time, Flight Monitoring & Border Delays

6.1 Complimentary Waiting Time

6.1.1 Non-Airport Pickups (Residences, Offices, Hotels)

For pickups at residences, offices, hotels, and other non-airport locations, the chauffeur will provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.

6.1.2 Airport Arrivals

For airport pickups where valid flight details have been provided:

• Domestic / North American Arrivals:
  – Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, starting from the actual arrival time of the flight at the gate.
• International Arrivals:
  – Up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time, starting from the actual arrival time of the flight at the gate.

Complimentary time is intended to reasonably account for disembarking, baggage claim, and standard customs clearance.

6.2 Waiting Time Charges After Complimentary Period

For any waiting beyond the complimentary period, waiting charges apply in 15-minute increments as follows, plus applicable taxes or the tax rate used in the original quote:

• Sedan bookings:
  – $15 per 15 minutes.
• SUV bookings:
  – $20 per 15 minutes.
• Stretch Limo bookings:
  – $25 per 15 minutes.
• Party Bus, Shuttle, & Coach Bus bookings:
  – $50 per 15 minutes.

Waiting time is charged in the same currency as the original quote.

6.3 Flight Monitoring & Delays (Arrivals)

Where flight details have been provided, Airport Limo Link and/or the Transportation Provider will monitor the flight in real time. If the airline delays the flight:

• The chauffeur’s dispatch time will be adjusted to the updated arrival time;
• No waiting charges apply for the period the flight is delayed in the air or before arrival, provided you have supplied accurate and up-to-date flight information.

Once the flight has arrived and passengers have had a reasonable time to disembark and clear customs, waiting time will be calculated according to Sections 6.1 and 6.2.

6.4 Flight Cancellations, Major Delays & Schedule Changes

If your flight is cancelled, substantially delayed, or rescheduled:

• If you inform us 6 or more hours before your scheduled pickup time, no cancellation or rescheduling charges will apply in relation to that change.
• If you inform us with less than 6 hours’ notice, the standard cancellation fees in Section 5 will apply.

This applies whether the booking is to or from the airport. It is your responsibility to notify us as soon as you become aware of flight disruptions that affect your pickup time.

6.5 Border Crossing & Customs Delays (Canada–U.S.)

For cross-border services between Canada and the United States:

• Normal traffic delays at the border are considered part of regular travel and do not incur additional waiting time charges beyond those already included in the route planning.
• If you or any member of your group is selected for secondary inspection or extended processing, the first 30 minutes of such delay are complimentary.

After the initial 30 minutes of border-related delay due to customs or immigration processing of you or your group:

• Waiting time charges will apply based on the same 15-minute increments and rates outlined in Section 6.2, and
• Such charges will be billed in the same currency as the original quote.

You are responsible for ensuring all passengers have proper travel documents and are admissible to the destination country. Airport Limo Link is not liable if a trip cannot be completed or is significantly delayed due to documentation or admissibility issues.

7. Luggage, Capacity & Personal Property

Each vehicle has a maximum safe seating and luggage capacity. You are responsible for:

• Informing us of luggage volume at the time of booking; and
• Ensuring your group and luggage fit within the vehicle type selected.

If luggage exceeds the safe capacity of the booked vehicle, the Transportation Provider may:

• Refuse to load excess luggage;
• Require an upgrade to a larger vehicle (subject to availability and additional cost); or
• Decline the trip if proceeding would be unsafe or unlawful.

Airport Limo Link and Transportation Providers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or luggage, including items left in the vehicle after service. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost-and-found inquiries but do not provide insurance for personal property.

8. Passenger Conduct, Damage & Alcohol Policy

8.1 Conduct & Safety

All passengers must:

• Follow the chauffeur’s reasonable instructions;
• Wear seat belts where required by law;
• Refrain from aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour;
• Not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle.

The chauffeur may refuse boarding or terminate the trip without refund if passenger behaviour is illegal, abusive, or endangers safety.

8.2 Alcohol & Beverages

• Non-alcoholic beverages may generally be permitted, provided they do not cause spills or damage and are used in a manner consistent with safety and cleanliness.
• Alcohol consumption is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Ontario and any other relevant jurisdiction. Where permitted, alcohol may only be consumed:
  • By passengers of legal drinking age; and
  • In compliance with applicable open-container and transportation laws, which may restrict or prohibit alcohol consumption while the vehicle is in motion or in certain locations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any alcohol-related activities comply with all applicable laws. The chauffeur may, at their discretion, restrict or prohibit alcohol on board if there are safety, legal, or behavioural concerns.

8.3 Smoking, Vaping & Substances

Unless expressly permitted in writing, smoking and vaping are not allowed in any vehicle. Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited. The chauffeur may immediately terminate the trip without refund if illegal substances are present or suspected.

8.4 Damage & Cleaning

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle (interior or exterior) caused by you or your group, including:

• Tears, burns, or stains;
• Broken components or fixtures;
• Excessive soiling or biohazard cleaning (e.g., sickness).

You authorize Airport Limo Link to charge your payment method for:

• The actual cost of repairs or specialized cleaning; and/or
• A reasonable damage or cleaning fee as determined in accordance with industry standards and any downtime loss.

9. Service Interruptions, Mechanical Issues & Force Majeure

Vehicles are maintained to professional standards, but mechanical failures and unforeseen issues can occur. In such events:

• The Transportation Provider and/or Airport Limo Link will use reasonable efforts to dispatch a replacement vehicle or propose an alternative solution;
• If no reasonable alternative can be provided, our obligation may be limited to a refund of the fare (or the unused portion of the fare) for the affected trip segment.

Airport Limo Link is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, delays, cancellations, or failures to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather, natural disasters, or road closures;
• Accidents, traffic congestion, or police activity;
• Strikes or labour disputes;
• Government orders, public health emergencies, or travel restrictions;
• Acts of terrorism or civil unrest;
• System or communication outages affecting dispatch, payments, or navigation.

In such circumstances, no further or consequential liability will be assumed beyond any applicable fare refund determined in our discretion.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

You may use the Website solely to:

• Obtain information about our services;
• Request quotes; and
• Make or manage bookings.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without our written consent;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Website;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s operation or security;
• Attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.

All content, graphics, logos, and software on the Website are owned by or licensed to Airport Limo Link and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out in these Terms.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
• Airport Limo Link makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website or services;
  • Availability of any particular vehicle or Transportation Provider;
  • The absence of delays or disruptions caused by third parties, traffic, or external events.

Transportation services are carried out by licensed Transportation Providers within our operational network. While Airport Limo Link takes care in selecting and coordinating such providers, the operation of the vehicle and the conduct of the chauffeur during the trip remain primarily the responsibility of the Transportation Provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The total aggregate liability of Airport Limo Link arising out of or relating to a specific booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking; and
• Airport Limo Link, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • Lost profits or business;
  • Missed flights or connections;
  • Accommodation or rebooking costs;
  • Loss of opportunity or goodwill.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages or limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitations will apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airport Limo Link, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Any misrepresentation by you;
• Damage or loss caused by you or your group during a trip;
• Any claim brought by a third party in connection with your use of the Website or services.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, the Website, or any booking shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13.2 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any booking with Airport Limo Link shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

• The seat of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario;
• The language of arbitration shall be English;
• Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Airport Limo Link waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding, and agree that claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

If arbitration is found unenforceable in whole or in part, any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in or nearest to Toronto, and you irrevocably submit to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms & Services

Airport Limo Link may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time you make a booking will generally govern that booking, unless changes are required by law or regulatory authority. Continued use of the Website or services after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use and bookings.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or services at any time where permitted by law.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by Airport Limo Link in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Airport Limo Link may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, or purchaser of its business where permitted by law.

These Terms, together with any booking confirmation and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Airport Limo Link regarding your use of the Website and services.
